Pamela Wnuck, a multi-blue ribbon winner, will teach how to make and steam can a cranberry chutney and quick Vietnamese Carrot and Daikon Pickle. She will share her passion for cooking and priceless tips on preserving the harvest at Melissa’s Produce in Vernon, CA. Invited guests get to make a ½ pint jar of Cranberry Chutney and Vietnamese Pickled Carrots with Daikon.
In addition, they get to imbibe in some great Australian wines (that should be on your radar), hosted by Irv Wnuck a highly regarded wine expert along with Damian White of Shottesbrooke Winery. The crescendo of the class will be a seasonal lunch.
