Vince McCarthyVince McCarthy began his career as a professional chef. He graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, earning his degree in Culinary Arts.

After several years as an executive chef with major California restaurant chains, he transitioned to wine and spirits distribution and sales. As a regional sales manager for an Italian label and a Port Wine lodge, Vince has grown his contacts throughout California and Europe.

With his culinary expertise, he enjoys assisting his restaurant customers with their food and wine pairings and helping to create award winning wine lists.
